Randy Couture earned a flat $250,000 for his appearance, topping the disclosed payroll which totalled $944,000, not including four $60,000 bonuses.

Saturday's "Strikeforce: Evolution" card saw 14,749 fans attend the HP Pavilion to watch an exciting night of fights in the promotion's home city of San Jose, Calif. The California State Athletic Commission confirmed the attendance numbers and a live gate of $633,674.50. "Evolution" is now the third-highest attended card in the promotion's short history.

Following a night full of dominant finishes and a card with several MMA veterans, including the UFC return of Vitor Belfort and Frank Trigg, the UFC handed out their "Fight Night" bonuses for "UFC 103: Franklin vs. Belfort." UFC president Dana White announced at the post-fight press conference that the event had sold out with 17,428 fans in attendance resulting in a live gate of approximately $2.4 million.
