The UFC will make its first appearance in the "land down under" this Saturday when it brings "UFC 110: Nogueira vs. Valasquez" to Sydney's Acer Arena. The MMA Spot staff have once again sat down and made our predictions for the card.

In the heavyweight main event Cain Valasquez will be taking on Anotonio Rodrigo "Minitaro" Nogueira in what could potentially be for a number one contender spot. Valasquez (7-0) has been nothing short of impressive since making his UFC debut back at "UFC 83: St Pierre vs. Serra II." With only one fight in his career going to a decision, fans are sure to be in for a good show come Saturday.

Saturday night's "UFC 109: Relentless" will be the promotion's third event in 2010, taking place in Las Vegas Nevada at the Mandalay Bay Events Center. The MMASpot staff has sat down to discuss our thoughts on this exciting event full of veterans of the sport.

In the main event of the evening, Randy "The Natural" Couture faces Mark "The Hammer" Coleman at 205 pounds. Couture (17-10) made his successful return to the light heavyweight division against Brandon Vera at UFC 105 and hopes to continue his streak in the division. Coleman (16-9) snapped a two-fight losing streak besting Stephan Bonnar in July 2009. A win against Couture would make a strong statement and propel Coleman up the 205 pound ladder.

Monday evening's "Ultimate Fight Night 20" marks the first full live event that will be held on Spike TV in 2010. For the first time in the promotions history there will be a fight card on Monday; traditionally Fight Nights take place on Wednesdays. The event begins at 9 p.m. ET from Fairfax, Virgina.

This saturday's "UFC 108: Evans vs. Silva" pay-per-view event, taking place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nev., will mark the first event of 2010. This card has seen more fighters back out with injury than any other card in the promotion's history, forcing UFC matchmakers to find fighters to come in and perform on short notice. Through all the injuries though, they have managed to put together a great card that is full of, with what should be, competitive matchups. Spike TV will air two preliminary fights commercial free starting at 9pm (est) that will feature Martin Kampmann vs. Jacob Volkmann and Dan Lauzon vs. Cole Miller.

With the conclusion of this years, "The Ultimate Fighter 10: Heavyweights," Wednesday night, the MMA Spot staff has sat down to discuss our picks for what should be an action packed finale. The event takes place Saturday night, live from The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The two finalists vying for the six figure contract will be Brendon "The Hybrid" Schaub (4-0) against Roy "Big Country" Nelson (17-4). Both had dominating performances in their semi-final fights to get to this point.
